What's included with my reservation?

We provide our guests with everything we can think of to create the coziest, most relaxing camping experience. Your reservation includes: linens, towels, Keurig Coffee Machine propane grills, and propane fire rings. Access to cornhole, ping pong, table top games, puzzles, and books. Each trailer has its own grass yard with patio and shade.

Please note: The Cozy Peach does not have WiFi.

Are pets allowed?

Small dogs are allowed in Trailers # 1, 8 and 10.

Dogs must be under 40lbs and up to two per trailer. $150 deposit per pet, per stay. Dogs must remain on their leash and remain with their handler during the stay. Please don’t leave your pup unattended while inside of the trailer. We have water dishes available for your pet as well as furniture blankets to help keep the white comforters and sheets clean from little, muddy puppy paws.

How many people are included in the reservation?

Each trailer reservation includes 2 people.

How many people can fit in each trailer? Due to fire marshall restrictions, there cannot be extra people in any trailer than what is allowed!

Trailers #2, #8 and #10 can accommodate 2 adults plus 1 child under 15 years old (read details on each trailer for bed details).

Trailers #5 and #6 can accommodate up to 2 adults and 2 children under 15 years old (read details on each trailer for bed details). There will be a small charge for children.

Can I squeeze 5 people into one of the larger trailers?

Due to the nature of our business, along with regulations set in place by the local fire marshal, we cannot allow more than the listed accommodation limits. If more than the allowed number of people are in a trailer, you will be forfeiting your reservation and asked to leave the farm.

Can I have friends stop by while I am staying at The Cozy Peach?

The Cozy Peach is private and unregistered guests are not allowed to visit. Exceptions can be made when hosting dinners with wedding parties, birthdays etc. Friends and family can meet you during normal business hours at the Country Store and Bakery to explore Schnepf Farms Park, but they are not allowed to visit The Cozy Peach.

Can I tour the Cozy Peach before my stay?

The Cozy Peach is private and is not open for public tours, however we would gladly schedule a tour by emailing our Cozy Peach Concierge: Kylee@schnepffarms.com.

What if I need to cancel or change my reservation?

A 30 day notice of cancellation for full refunds. No refunds if canceled within 48 hours. Please see the full policies for more details.

Do we need to purchase tickets for any events that are at Schnepf Farms?

Two admissions tickets to public events are included in your stay. Guests can purchase discounted tickets upon arrival.

How do I check in?

You will receive check-in instructions via email a week prior to your arrival.

Do I need to bring firewood?

No firewood needed! We use propane fire rings here and we will provide the propane for you to enjoy the grills and fire rings.

Can I sleep in my car or pitch a tent in the front yard?

There is no other camping available on the farm, whether in your car or in a tent. Thank you.

How do I make changes to my reservation?

To change your reservation, please reach out to our Cozy Peach Concierge Kylee@Schnepffarms.com We will try to accommodate any changes.

I’m celebrating something (or someone) special; can you help me?

Absolutely! We love to celebrate birthdays, anniversaries, weddings, anything to help make your stay a little more special. Just Email Kylee@Schnepffarms.com

Do you have any smoking trailers?

NO! The entire farm is non-smoking. If there is smoking or any kind in or around the trailers, you will automatically be charged a $250 cleaning fee.

What are your check-in and check-out times?

Check In begins at 3:30pm. Please do not arrive prior to your scheduled check-in time as we are working hard to get The Cozy Peach ready for all our guests! Guests checking in after 6pm may be required to “Self Check-In”. Please let us know if you plan to arrive after 6pm. (If you are not comfortable with a self check-in, staff may stay on site for an additional fee.) Check-out is at 10:30am.

Is early check-in available?

Early check-in may be available depending on availability. Early check in requests will not be approved more than 7 days prior to check-in.

Is late check-out available?

Late check-out may be available depending on availability and must be approved prior to the day of check-out. Same day late check-out requests will not be permitted.
