What you can pick as of 3/27/2025* (Mother nature doing her part)
Kale – 3 different kinds
Beets – some are still small , so look for the ones showing through the dirt
Turnips – some are still small so look for the ones showing through the dirt
Collard Greens
Lettuce – Romaine, Red leaf, Curly leaf
Sugar Snap Peas – (Make sure you pick peas with both hands. One holding the vine and one pulling the pea)
Bell peppers-
Jalapenos
Spinach
Swiss Chard
Carrots – Most small, some large
Tomatoes – (picked through, a lot of blossoms – one more week)
Raddishes – yes!
Dill
Parsley
Cilantro

The UPICK Garden is such an integral part of the farm, and having it beautiful and ready to pick is our priority. Enjoy!
*The Garden always has something ready to pick, but Mother Nature does play a role and we may have to close to let vegetables grow. Prices will vary with produce, but you can expect naturally grown vegetables, all pesticide free. The quality is the the best that you can buy.

Foraging with the Farmer & Garden Lunch

COMING IN MARCH!
This experience is a combination of a cooking class and gardening class, ending with an intimate outdoor lunch in the garden.
Enjoy picking from the garden an assortment of vegetables and then prepping them for your lunch. You will also spend time in our bakery for some breadstick baking. This truly is a farm to table experience.
You will meet new friends, have amazing memories and leave with a bag full of veggies!
